REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

All of our products are carefully inspected, and
properly packed before they are shipped out.
Our return policy is 14 days of original purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles
cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item
must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused
and in the same condition that you received it.
If the item is damaged during shipment we will
replace it with proof of damage within
3 days of delivery. Photographic proof of damage
is submitted to  beyondcandlegift@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your
own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider
using a trackable shipping service as we do not
guaranteed the arrival of your return.
Once your item is received and inspected you will
receive an email to notify you of approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be
processed, an a credit will automatically be applied
to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
