REFUND POLICY All of our products are carefully inspected, and properly packed before they are shipped out. Our return policy is 14 days of original purchase. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is damaged during shipment we will replace it with proof of damage within 3 days of delivery.
